Our Positive Culture
The caring staff here at Master’s Ranch knows that teens and their parents today face huge challenges from the culture. Teens are assaulted by a barrage of negative peer pressure. The MR-West model for change is called Positive Peer Culture (PPC), which believes that teens can develop self-worth, significance, dignity, and responsibility only as they devote themselves to the positive values of serving and caring for others.
Many boys in our military school program turn away from their self-destructive behavior to a lifetime of serving others. If your teenage boy needs order and discipline to turn his life around, please consider MR-West.
Athletics at MRCA play a role in leadership development and character growth as part of a teenager’s development as a whole person. Every student is asked to participate in at least one sport because of the valuable life skills that can be gained. Master Ranch – West offers a number of sports programs.
