All of these are designed to bring about new interests and hope, to change in a boy’s heart and life.

Our Positive Culture
The caring staff here at Master’s Ranch recognizes that adolescents and their families today face huge challenges from the culture. Teens are impacted by a barrage of negative peer pressure. The MR-West model for change is called Positive Peer Culture (PPC), which states that young people can develop self-worth, significance, dignity, and responsibility only as they embrace the positive values of serving and caring for others.
Many boys in our military school program turn from their self-destructive behavior to an attitude of serving others. If your teenage boy needs order and discipline to change his direction, please consider MR-West.
Athletics at MRCA play a role in leadership development and character maturation as part of a holistic approach to development. Every teen is encouraged to play at least one sport because of the important values that can be learned. Master Ranch – West offers a number of sports programs.
